Skelmir, LLC's Office Location

Skelmir is located in the historic "Hobbs Building" at the center of Somerville's 'Davis Square' -- a popular and diverse collegiate-urban community approximately four miles Northwest of Boston, Massachusetts. Our office is conveniently located just a few steps from the Davis Square - Redline T (subway train) Station.

Area car-parking is limited, and is regulated by mechanical meters. Parking meters only accept payment in quarters ($0.25 coins) per 30 minutes of parking time. Parking restrictions are strictly enforced by local officials. Parking in residential permit-only areas is prohibited except on Sundays and holidays.

Public Transportation

For convenience and accuracy, we highly recommend that you verify your travel by public transportation using the MBTA Trip Planner. (Skelmir is located at the Davis Square train stop.)

» From the Airport at Terminal E (approximate travel time is 45 minutes)
Take SI1 Silver Line South Station from Terminal E to South Station
Take the Red Line - Alewife to Davis Square - Outbound to the Davis Square T-Stop.
Take the "Holland Street" exit.
Turn right onto Holland Street.
The Somerville Theatre will be on your right just a few steps away.
The building entrance to our offices is the first set of doors on the right just after the entrance to the Theatre marked 55 Davis Square.
Please ring the doorbell, #2, to be let in.

» Subway (aka "T" or "MBTA")
Take the Red Line to the Davis Square T-Stop.
Take the "Holland Street" exit.
Turn right onto Holland Street.
The Somerville Theatre will be on your right just a few steps away.
The building entrance to our offices is the first set of doors on the right just after the entrance to the Theatre marked 55 Davis Square.
Please ring the doorbell, #2, to be let in.

» Bus (aka "T" or "MBTA")
Take the 87, 88, 90, 94, or 96 bus to the Davis Square T-Stop.
Exit the bus and turn left onto College Ave.
Turn right at the first corner and cross College Avenue towards the park.
Turn left at that corner and cross Holland Street towards cafe, "Mr. Crepe".
The Somerville Theatre will be on your right just a few steps away.
The building entrance to our offices is the first set of doors on the left after Mr. Crepe.

Driving Directions

» From Points North of Boston, I-93
Proceed South on I-93 to Exit 31 for Rt. 16.
Turn right at the end of the ramp (traffic lights).
Proceed straight through the next set of traffic lights onto Harvard St.
Continue straight on Harvard St for 0.6 miles.
Harvard St. becomes Warner St.
Continue on Warner St for 0.2 miles.
You will come to a traffic circle (rotary) called "Powderhouse Circle".
Take the fourth exit off the traffic circle.
Follow signs for Davis Square, via College Ave.
Proceed on College Ave. 0.4 miles into Davis Square.
Davis Square is the major intersection of College/Highland/Holland/Elm/Dover.
Our office will be straight ahead of you as you enter the square, in the same building as the Somerville Theatre, at the corner of Holland and Dover.
Please ring the doorbell, #2,l to be let in.

Parking: Before reaching the center of the Square, try to park in one of the several Public Parking lots -- they are metered (see map for locations). You may also park at any available on-street metered space. If you stay to your left and circle around the square, you should see some additional metered parking options.

» From Points West of Boston, Route 2
Take Route 2 East towards Alewife / Arlington & Cambridge.
Move into the left lane on Rte 2 when as you pass Exit 59 in prep for future exit.
Left at light onto Alewife Brook Parkway / Route 16 East.
Proceed to the second set of non-flashing lights to Broadway Street.
Turn right onto Broadway, there will be a "Foodmaster" grocery store on your left.
Follow Broadway up to the top of the hill, and bear right onto Holland Street.
You will see "Rudy's" mexican restaurant on your right, and then a firehouse.
Follow Holland Street to the bottom of the hill to Davis Square.
You will see the "Somerville Theatre" on your right, we are in the same building.
The building entrance to our offices is located next to the entrance to the theatre.

» From Logan International Airport, Boston
Exit the Airport following signs for Boston, via the tunnel, (William F McClellan Hwy, East Boston Expy, RT-1A) ~0.7miles.
Pay $2.00 toll for tunnel.
Bear left on ramp and go into tunnel.
As you exit the tunnel, stay left, following signs onto I-93 North (50 feet).
Merge left onto ramp to I-93 North and go 2.5 miles.
Bear right on ramp for Exit 29 to Mystic Ave, RT-38 and go 1.5 miles.
Turn left on Harvard St and go 0.6 miles.
Harvard St. becomes Warner St.
Continue on Warner St for 0.2 miles.
